Monday

Beth brought the four older kids over. Rex put her lawn mower together. Will has the boys for another day. They seem to be doing well. I'm am up in the middle of the night with a headache. Rex is up too.

Sunday

Beth is having flooding in her basment. She is having a plumber from Akron come to the house on Monday. Beth bought a washing machine after we got back. It's raining again this morning at 1:24 a.m.

Saturday

Beth got her work program working. She came over to take Rex to get his car. I showed her an IPOD that Rex found at school and told her I was giving it to Anna. I started on Weight Watchers yesterday and managed to not eat any snacks for me is a miracle. Rex bought a bunch of snacks.

Friday

I went over to Beth's to try and get her new computer doing stuff. I showed her how to do her Favorites but couldn't get her work program to run. Anna doesn't care about her continuation, so Beth might just move out to Otis this weekend. We ate dinner at Olive Garden. Rex put a stop to the house thing and is going to leave it as it is.

Thursday

I was up last night being sick again. I didn't threw up and sure felt like I was going to. We drove down to the lawyer and he will call Rex today at about 3 p.m. We ate at Arby's. I think it will be awhile before I eat there again.

Wednesday

Rex went to see Glenn. Then we went to eat at Red Lobster.

Tuesday

Glenn called yesterday and said he got his letter from the lawyer. Rex worked graduation yesterday. Just worked on downloading maps today.

Monday

George just threw up and Rex is vacuming it up. We went out to Otis yesterday and got some stuff done. We drove back through Sterling. The distance from Beth's house to Fort Morgan and to Sterling are exactly the same. We ate at Pizza Hut and Rex actually saved me the pasta, but he and Marion and Louanna finished the breadsticks and pizza.

Sunday

Rex and Beth got one load out to Otis. Mary stayed with me because she was sick. She didn't eat anything until Rex got back. The boys watched a little of Spiderman 3 with me before they went home.

Saturday

I had an interesting day. Rex talked me into going with him to take a load to Otis. The tail lights went out on the truck which was a friend's. He tried the hazard lights which worked for awhile and then quit just as we were pulling into Brush. We finally found a gas station that was open and this woman called her husband who came down and fixed the fuses. We got home at about ten o'clock.

Friday

The first day is over with. Today, I just have the boys while Beth goes to court. Hopefully, Will won't show up and Beth won't have to worry about it.

Thursday

Well today's the day. I have to watch Beth's kids while she and Rex go to Akron to sign for the house. I found a program that loads in Google Earth and lets me download topographic maps of all the states except Alaska. My old program is useless now. It doesn't work on Vista. 

Wednesday

Last Free Day until Monday. I'll be babysitting and moving Beth from tomorrow through Sunday. It's going to be mayhem. Moving always is. 

Tuesday

Rex and me spent about three hours looking for  a place to replace the battery in his watch. We finally ended up at the Westminster Mall where there was a watch repair shop. Then we ate at the Olive Garden there. We both woke up early this morning at about 4 a.m.

Monday

We went to church and brought Mary home. I gave her the cover to the Blackberry and some notebooks. We gave Beth the paper towel rack. Laura and Beth called me to wish me a Happy Mother's Day. Beth has an offer on the trailer.

Sunday

I got the VISA bill and have a charge on it that I didn't make. I have to call EA Games tomorrow to find out what happened. VISA doesn't take off charges automatically anymore. That makes me mad and I know it's going to make Rex mad too.

Saturday

Rex took the kids to the high school for some kind of stuff to play on, but they had already taken them down, so he took them to McDonald's and they played there instead and had dinner.

Friday

Rex says no to Starz and Encore, so I have to call Direct TV again and tell them to cancel that next month also. Rex went and bought me a Spicy Chicken Sandwich for dinner and then went over to Beth's I guess the new house needs some paint somewhere ( like the kids are going to eat paint).

Thursday

Rex and me ate at Country Buffet for dinner. That's about it for the day.

Wednesday

I got Windows 7 RC downloaded. It works great. The only problem is now if Beth's computer breaks, we'll have to buy HER a new one. Mine probably won't work with her job now. The final version is supposed to come out in October which I will buy. This is a beta which is free. I do have to reinstall my printer at some point. 

Tuesday

I’m using this new Windows writer to write on this blog without having to go to the site which is really convenient. Rex and me finally got to the store to buy groceries. I managed to get on the treadmill again for a few minutes. I’ve lost about five pounds last week.

Monday

It supposed to be Star Wars Day. 32 years ago, Star Wars opened around the country. Anyway, back to work day for Rex and me. Grocery shopping today.

Sunday

I don't think we're going to church today. Rex is mad at me so I don't what the plans for today are. I know we're supposed to go to the store. Nathaniel got his scriptures and stayed at our house for about six hours. He ran on the treadmill at 10 miles per hour and almost got sick afterwards. I took a nap yesterday while Rex and Nathaniel hung out together.

Saturday

We supposed to be taking Nathaniel to get his scriptures today while the girls going to the zoo. Its supposed to rain today. 

Friday

I have to watch the boys today. I have a vaginal infection. I haven't had one is nine months. I have to call the doctor in about 40 minutes and get an appointment for this afternoon. Rex and me had dinner at Nick's barbecue. He had the ribs and I have a turkey sandwich.

Thursday

We went to the store yesterday and so we don’t have to go to the store today. I slept in til about 6 this morning.

Wednesday

Rex got his oil changed and filters changed on the car. He bought me some McDonalds for dinner. Other than, its' been a boring day. I didn't even get dressed. 

Tuesday

Rex finally got some sleep last night. We went over to help Beth move more stuff. We ate at Chick-Fil-A.

Monday

It's snowing outside. Didn't expect this. Rex was up all night. Couldn't sleep. Went to work early. I got up early myself. Good day to stay inside. We went over to Beth's and I helped Mary delete her pictures. Sara was supposed to be sick, but I don't think she was. Beth has a mess of stuff to go out with the garbage.

We didn't go to church today. We ate at Golden Corral.

Saturday

Marion and Louanna came over to play games after Rex took some old beef that he cooked over for their dog. He tried to mix it with Beefaroni. It was too tough and I couldn't eat it. I guess it orginally came from Vicki. We're off to Otis today I think.

Friday

Nathaniel called again last night. This time I talked to him. I told him we would see him Saturday at the new house and that next week, we would get him his scriptures. He seemed content with that. I have a new partner at the FHC named Lee who is a lady from the Fort Lupton Ward. We closed up at 8:30 p.m.

Thursday

Got two calls from Nathaniel last night. We will go over today. Hopefully, he's feeling better. Maybe he was just tired. I had Rex buddy-tape two of my toes of my right foot. I may have broken a toe. It sure has been hurting the last few days. Seems to feel better. I'm working at the Family History Center tonight.

Wednesday

Beth finally got her computer working. Rex came home really tired and stayed home. Beth said she would go to Sara's choir recital. I got the Qwest stuff payed and that's our last bill for this month. Hopefully finally, everything is good. 

Tuesday

I gave the camera Blackberry to Mary. Let's see how it goes. The boys were playing in the gutters with the ice water melt. We ate at Gunther Toody's. I didn't get much sleep tonight. I have to call Quest again today about the bill. So what else is new?

Monday

Rex and me went to church. There is a whole bunch of stuff to do in May for church. VT Conference, Stake Conference, Enrichment Meeting, etc. I have something almost every week. My Blackberry is shut down, so I have the phone ready for my granddaughter, Mary, to have as soon as I can get it to her for taking pictures. I'm going finally VT this week with Sister Miller. I also got Sister Fernandez registered for Family History.

Saturday

We just got back from going to eat and the store. It's still just raining here in Commerce City. We did a brief bout of snow during the night but that was it. We need this moisture. Our Direct TV went out temporarily last night during the worst of the storm but is back up this morning.

Friday

No snow yet. Just rain. There is snow other places. Rex finally got both phones working with my internet on with the filters. We ate at McDonald's. We got Mom's water will turned over to our name. That was the was the easiest one. They did in a minute.

Thursday

Beth is having three of her teeth pulled on May 1st. Rex will take the day off to take her there and back. The water bill came which we will take care of tomorrow. Brian has learned to turn off and on the treadmill.

Wednesday

We went over to Beth's to give her her toaster and then Rex helped her move her old couch outside. I played with Brian in the car. I'm watching the boys tomorrow.

Tuesday

Usual laid back day. Stayed on the computer. Went to bed at 5 p.m. and got some sleep. Nervous jitters are gone but woke up at 11 and am up in the morning while George is outside.

Monday

The kids had a good time yesterday. Sara was kind of loud. Rex found two more eggs after everybody left. All the kids wanted to hide eggs. Brian found the most of all the little kids. He had a blast. We had lunch of sandwiches and chips. Anna got my food for me. Laura's kids were dressed up really pretty.

Sunday

All Laura's and Beth's kids came over to color eggs. They had a great time. Andrew says he has an imaginary friend who is in 5th grade and doesn't know anything so he needs to ask Andrew. That's cute. Mary is going to hide the eggs upstairs. Laura is getting 4.0 in school and is doing well. I have my nervous jitters again. May not go to church today. It's 1 a.m. right now.

Thursday

Rex went over to watch Beth's kids while she got her second (I think) Temple Recommend. We were supposed to get some rain but it's gone and we have nothing.

Wednesday

Rex called Xcel and we are getting Mom's bill changed over to us. Vicki and me chatted on the somputer last night. James is going to California and might be there for a long time. He gets a pay raise too. If he's down there long enough. Vicki and the kids may move down there.

Tuesday

Rex and me took over the hair clippers and Mom's toaster to Beth. She is painting her trailer and fixing things up to sell her trailer. It looks like it's going to be another month before the closing. That works. Friendfeed started their faster site today. Everybody was saying it was updating too fast. I like it though.

Monday

We watched conference with Beth and the kids. I couldn't hear anything really. The kids had pizza rolls and played outside. Beth took over Mom's bed to Marion and is supposed to be getting a bed from Marion for the new house.

Sunday

Marion and Louanna came over for Conference. Beth and the kids came over the last hour of the last session of Saturday's Conference. It sounds like Melanie is due pretty soon. She said she got all her baby clothes ready in the drawers.

Saturday

Rainy drizzle so far. George just went out at 4 in the morning. If this holds, maybe we can eat at Stephanie's for breakfast. I bought some new insides for my big Franklin which I haven't used in a year. We ate at the Noddle Company. General Conference today.

Friday

According to the radar, it looks like the storm is coming in fast. We're supposed to get another foot of snow tomorrow. Rex and me stayed home. Rex pulled his thigh muscle at work but it's better this morning.

Thursday

We didn't get any snow. Beth didn't get her tooth pulled. She is supposed to be on antibiotics. We went to the store to get food and got home in time for the mild snow show.

Wednesday

I watched the kids for Beth while she went to Otis. The hot water heater and the heat in the house have to be fixed. Other than that the house is ready but we have to see if the woman who owns the house will fix and deduct money so Rex can get them fixed. Snow later today.

Tuesday

Today's the big day of babysitting four kids for six hours. I woke up at 3:00 a.m. and couldn't get back to sleep. Hopefully kids will be good.

Monday

Robert and Jonathan came over to get a bed with Joy. It took them a couple of loads. Then Rex took Jonathan home and brought over Mary and Erin. I put Robert on my facebook. Beth brought over the other kids and Brian came into bed with me and watched Dora the explorer. The kids ate all my food. Rex had to go to the store and buy some bread for breakfast at least.

Sunday

The man from Direct TV came and got the TVs turned on again in about five minutes and left. We went to the mountains and then Beth called and we went took the kids to Arby's. I didn't know Mary liked Mountain Dew. LOL. I had a couple of fish sandwiches.

Saturday

The direct TV is getting hooked up again today. They just have to replace the cards and give us a new DVR which I will have them put in the bedroom. I have to watch the boys on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Friday

The TV is off probably because of the snow. Rex has to go to work today to plow snow at the school. When he gets home if its still off then we will call the Dish Network or I'll call them later this morning.

Thursday

Snow has started. It's supposed to snow until tomorrow. Saturday should be sunny and somewhat warm. Going to stay home until the storm is over.

Wednesday

We went to see Beth's house. It is so cool to be living in a town like where I grew up in Springfield, Oregon. I downloaded Office 2007. I like using Outlook for my mail.

Tuesday

Beth's got the house but I woke up this morning and I don't think we're going to be able to go there because its SNOWING in OTIS right now. Tomorrow might be better. Rex came home from work covered in dirt. 

Monday

Rain and more rain. Finally. Beth and that guy were over here yesterday, and they got the paperwork done. He brought his daughter, Olivia. The kids played and watched Star Wars.

Sunday

Rex and me are going to eat at Golden Corral this morning, then Beth is coming over after church to get the bid in on the house in Otis.

Saturday

Beth seems to like the house and will be in a bid on Monday. She should hear back quickly. Anna even likes the house. Brian has a big canker sore in his mouth but does seem to be bothering him too much. It must be from the dentist appointment on Thursday. I took Rex to the doctor. He got a tetanus shot which he didn't like but I made him get one so he'll be covered for the next ten years while he works. He also got some blood work done. His CHOL is up to 125 which is still good. His TRI are up to 129 which is still good too. I haven't got his A1C back yet. We ate dinner at Dairy Queen.

Beth should being going to Otis today to look at the house and the schools. I'm taking Rex to the doctor this afternoon. More info tomorrow.

Thursday

Nathaniel called with a survey about insects yesterday. Beth set up her appointment with the house in Otis for tomorrow, so she'll have to go by herself. Rex has a doctor's appointment tomorrow.

Wednesday

Beth came over to get some garbage bags and we talked about moving to Otis maybe. I'll be watching Andrew on Thursday so Brian can go to the dentist. All the stuff on the phone works now. We have voicemail and caller ID. Beth's number shows up as Vic's, so I showed Rex how to tell the difference by the area codes.

Tuesday

We got some things mailed but not Sara's letter to Emily who must have put it in the mailbox and forgot to put the flag up. It will be mailed today. Mom's check from comcast came and Rex was able to cash it at the Credit Union. I was amazed. 

Monday

Beth came over and Rex and her went to look at a couple of houses which they didn't like. Beth really wants to move to Otis but Rex is not happy about it. I told him we can there every weekend except in the Winter. He didn't get much sleep last night.

Sunday

I cancelled Weight Watchers. Can't afford and get tired of worrying about how many points I'm eating. Rex is always fixing something to eat which I shouldn't eat but then he gets mad if I don't eat it. He'll just have to live with a fat wife.

Saturday

It looks like Beth won't get the house next door. That's okay. There's a house out there somewhere for her. She's going to look at some houses on Sunday with Rex. I really want to go to Weight Watchers this morning if Joy is going. She's probably call at 7:30 or there abouts.

Friday

I got to go to bed early and get some sleep. I only woke up once at 2:30 a.m. My VT came yesterday. We were talking about Brandon Smith and that HBO show Big Love. 

Thursday

I was surprised with Brandon Smith, a 17-year-old boy from our ward let me be a friend on Facebook. He happens to be my home teacher. I've been following him since we were in the Reunion Ward. He's graduating this year from Prairie View and then go to BYU until his mission. I thought it would be a great idea to see what he's up to. Rex and me ate dinner at Taco Bell. I checked online to see how many points I could eat and stay within my weight watchers goals which I did.

Wednesday

It turns out that Rex only had to talk to the lawyer on the phone. Hopefully, they got things straightened out. Rex and me went to eat out at Golden Corral. I'm still coughing an awful lot. I'm still debating if I can go to chruch this Sunday with all the coughing.

Tuesday

We have to go see the lawyer today about something at 3:30. I do know what it is. I got dressed for the first time in days. I'm still weak but able to sit most of the day. Rex bought me some Diet Pepsi. I've lost another 1.8 pounds since last week.

Monday

Beth has two dryers now I understand. One she bought from Aaron Coyle, the other she'll get when she exchanges for the messed up one. She will keep that one here until she moves. I'm feeling a little better. I only wheezed at little bit at night now.

Sunday

Change your clocks if you haven't already. Today is Daylight Savings Time. Spring forward. George woke me up to go outside. I feel okay. I'm not wheezing right now. I won't be going to church today. Hopefully for the last time.

Saturday

We went to Stephanie's to eat. We went and got my inhaler. It seems to be working. I'm not wheezing as much. Joy called and said her hip hurt. Becky will be on some medications for awhile because of her migraines and paralysis. Rex went to help Beth get her dryer exchanged after it broke down for the upteenth time.

Friday

I'm having some shortness of breath. I'm calling the Doctor today to see about the inhaler he said I could have. Also I need some more Cough syrup. Heather Miller called today. She is my visiting teaching partner. We have three sisters including Eileen Coffman. Laura had another flat tire.

Thursday

Coughing more but getting more stuff up. Just hanging out most of the day, doing my counted cross stitch and watching TV.

Wednesday

We went over to Beth's so Rex could give her the rest of the Girl Scout cookie money. Kendra was there. Becky is doing fine. I decided to email Dr. Hardee and got my antibiotic today. He is really fast. I started it last night.

Tuesday

I went to see Dr. Hardee and got some cough syrup with codeine and some Flonase for my nose. We ate out at Denny's for dinner.

Monday

Becky is in the hospital with paralysis from a Migraine? It doesn't make any sense but that's what Rex said. He went down to give her a blessing. Beth went down for awhile also. I'm still having a hard time sleeping with this bronchitis. I'm calling the doctor in a couple of hours to see if I can get in today.

Sunday

I think the worst is over for my cold. I was able to sleep about seven hours last night. I'm still staying home today. We bought a new phone yesterday for downstairs. The old one was messed up. Beth came over with the kids after trying to sell more cookies. She gave some to Rex to sell. They had pizza for dinner and watched some of our new TV stuff.

Saturday

I still have my sore throat and bronchitis. I think I'll probably hvae to go to the doctor on Monday. I hope to buy a new land line phone for the basement as the one we have here is messed up.

Friday

Finally a day I can relax and not have to worry about getting something working or waiting for something by UPS. My sore throat is the worst I've had in years. It's been going on for five days. I have a hard time sleeping at night. I'm up right at 1 a.m.

Thursday

Finally, I'm back up on Qwest internet. We have Direct TV now and have BYU and a bunch of other good stuff. We got a lawyer to help us go to probate court to have the house in Rex's name. He said it would take about 6 months.

Friday

James is here. He arrived sometime during the night. He's sleeping on the couch. We went to the bank and Mom still had some money in the account, so Rex is keeping it there. We also got a check from the mortuary for Mom. I don't know why but its more money we can use. George is feeling the best he's felt for months.

Thursday

I'm glad to see that Victoria and the kids got home all right. We bought some new checks. Man checks are expensive now. Regular ones are $14 a box and I bought 4 of them. We have 8 bills a months to pay for now instead of 4. Rex paid his insurance on the car for the next six months and took Mom's name off the insurance.

Wednesday

Rex went down to the County office with Mom's will but they still won't take off Mom's name until He goes to probate court. So Larry Richards is getting talking to a lawyer for us. Our home teachers came over. We have Brandon Smith now who is graduating this year from High School and then going to BYU. 

Tuesday

Beth and the kids came over yesterday. Sam came over and helped Rex clear out the upstairs drains. Anna spiked Brian's hair. He looked cute.

Monday

Stayed on my diet for the first day but I was hungry quite a bit of the time. It doesn't help when Rex cooks a bunch of eggs and potatoes. The smell was driving me crazy. We went to church and Larry said to take the will up to the county this week and let him know if there are any problems.

Sunday

We ate at Golden Corral. Everybody was there on time even. I started feeling dizzy for a second. I think the fluid in my left ear drained out rather suddenly because after that I felt fine. Trinity was real emotional as Victoria got read to leave for home. I went to Weight Watchers with Joy, Becky and Mary. I got my books and stuff. I think I'm going on Wednesdays though because Rex and me usualy do stuff on Saturdays. Rex moved some more stuff upstairs for me. We still have to do the kitchen and the bathroom. George likes to sleep upstairs now.

Friday

We went and got our taxes done. It took 4-1/2 hours because we had to go to Northglen Rec Center because ours was full already. We also went through more of Mom's stuff and packed it away. Victoria came over and got her stuff. Alma and Kael seem to be doing better. Alma has four teeth now.

Thursday

We got alot of stuff put away from the front room. We ate at Chili's. We got Mom's retirement stuff taken care of. We just have to wait until they pull the money out of Mom's account and then we can close it.

Wednesday

We paid the Visa bill. We got the address for the Railroad Board downtown and will go there today to take care of that business. Plus we need to take Marion to get his car. Then my visiting teachers are coming today.

Tuesday

Up with heartburn. Ate too many pizza rolls with mustard. Typical day. I finished one bookmark and am working on another. 

Monday

We went to church. Rex talked to Larry Richards who is going to look at Mom's will on Tuesday. There was nobody in the Family History Center today. I thanked everybody in Relief Society for the food and cards. Rex went and got Glenn so he could come get some stuff of Mom's. Marion and Louanna walked over to visit because his car is broke down.

Sunday

We bought some groceries. Hung out at home. The tree guys came and got the rest of the wood from the old red apple tree. Beth and the kids came over to delivery their Girl Scout cookies.

Saturday

We went to get my name on the house but they said Mom and him didn't do it right and we would have to go to probate court which we did and they said we would have to go to court with Mom's will. We called Southam but haven't got a callback yet. I think Rex will have to forget what he wants to do other than fight Marion in court. Vicki gave us some money which we put in savings for now. We got the death certificates also.

Friday

Rex spent most of the day upstairs going through stuff and washing stuff. We went over to Beth's for Mary's Birthday. She got some Hannah Montana stuff. We have ice cream cake. I went home and Rex went with the kids to McDonald's.

Thursday

My arm killing me last night, so I took two Advil. The kids were over after the dinner until around eight o'clock. George had to stay in my computer room. I printed a copy of the Denver 8th Ward for Julie.

Wednesday

Today is the funeral and the last day I have to worry about anything. Tomorrow, everybody will be gone except Vicki.

Tuesday

We went down to the hospice place and they are mailing us a check. I called Jim Colvin and took care of that. Then we went home. Bishop Bennett came over about five o'clock. We took care of tomorrow and Wednesday. While I was in bed, Julie and them came. I was mad because Rex didn't wake me up.

Monday

Hopefully, this is the last big day. Calls to make. Two places to go; the hospice office and maybe the vet for George. We went to church yesterday and got the final stuff taken care of. Joy says they are going to pay for me to start going to Weight Watchers next Saturday. So I can start losing weight.

Sunday

Up getting ready for church. Melanie and Zane are here I think. I went to bed early, so I don't know yet which of their kids they brought. We went out to Dinner with Vicki at that Mexican Restaurant on Quebec that she used to like. They but onions in my enchiladas, so I got a cheeseburger, but that wasn't good either. We finally bought a good scale at Bed, Bath and Beyond. I at first weighted 313 but this morning I weighed 310, so I have actually lost 6 pounds since August.

Saturday

Vicki is here. I hate all these people being here. They mess up my house and don't clean anything up. Vicki wouldn't stay upstairs which is stupid. She had to sleep in my front room and left her dog Barnebe upstairs to howl all night. I'll be glad when this funeral is over and there is nobody here but me and Rex.

Friday

Mom passed away this morning. Zane came and got her. Her body was accidently taken to Lafayette but then moved to the right mortuary. We met with the guy and we are meeting again today to finalize stuff. We had a family dinner with pizza at the church. Sam took me home a little early because Rex had to clean up. Mary was the most upset about having the funeral on her birthday.

Friday

Mom is in hospice and is refusing treatment and is expected to die sometime today. Rex just went to bed. I'm staying up in case the call comes. I finally got a hold of Laura and Sam on the computer. 

Wedneday

Mom fell last night and had a mini-heart attack. Rex had to get two neighbors to help get her up. They called the ambulance. She is in intensive care at St. Joseph's Hospital. I've started doing counted cross-stitch again. 

Tuesday

Mom is not feeling well. I think she needs to go to the hospital but Rex says not unless she wants to. I'm feeling much better after a good night's sleep. 

Monday

I'm up in the middle of the night with a major headache and the nervous jitters from lack of sleep. Rex had a hard time sleeping too. It's snowing here and he has to go to work at 4:30 a.m. to plow snow at the school. 

Sunday

Can't sleep this morning, up at 2 a.m. Changed my email address at yahoo. Cold this morning. More snow tomorrow. May not go to church. We'll see.

Saturday

The man came over and explained everthing to Beth and Rex about buying a house. They signed to do a bid on the house next door. The boys had some noodles and chocolate milk while they waited. Mom is supposed to be getting one of those scooters for old people by February. I got my W-2 from the three days of work I did last year.

Beth is making a bid on the house next door today. That means Rex will bascially own two properties next to each other like Joy does. Neat. Beth cut my hair. I still prefer it cut short.

Thursday

Beth might be buying the house next door to us. Rex and her checked it out yesterday. He says it is in pretty good shape. I took some pictures of the kids. We took Mom out to eat at El Jardin's.

Wednesday

James got up and left at 9 a.m. We went and ate breakfast at Stephanie's Cafe. We then took Beth to see about getting aloan for a house for Beth and the grandkids. Obama was inaugerated today. Got to see some of it.

Tuesday

James got her about 6 p.m. and we took him to Red Lobster for dinner. He is going to sleep in and go Pueblo to catch up with a co-worker. He slept in the front room with his fan on the couch.  

Monday

We ate breakfast at Country Buffet. No, we didn't go to church. Rex has the week off and I usually don't want to go to church when Rex in on vacation. I don't know if James will stop by or not. Haven't heard from him yet. George seems to be doing better. He ate this morning and went outside.

Sunday

Rex went and fixed Beth's breakers which he found outside her trailer and found out that her dryer was the problem. She bought a new heavy duty dryer and now everything is okay. She cut Rex's hair. We went to Greeley to eat dinner. George has hurst himself somehow and is very sore. He has slept all day and finally ate and went outside for a short time last evening. 

Saturday

Rex is taking the whole of next week off. Vicki called and James is leaving Sunday to go to New Orleans. Hopefully, he only has to be there a short time. Beth is having problems with her lights and electricity. Rex and went over and there are two breakers that are broken or something. She needs an electrician to come over and fix it. We ate dinner at Cinzetti's but I didn't eat that much.

Friday

Vicki talked to me yesterday and said that James is going to New Orleans. Because of the flooding, there is no work in Seattle for TWO months. That tough for her having James gone again. Rex's Aunt Alice died in Hannibal, MO last week, so he gets three days off next week. Beth is going to be babysitting two of Becky's kids, so Beck can go to school. More money for Beth.

Thursday

Rex's mom went to the doctor and then as usual, we went out to eat, this time at Gala Gardens. I had the Chicken Fried Steak. I'm now up in the middle of the night with a bad case of acid indigestion. I had two nightmares to boot. Our home teachers came over and stayed about 45 minutes. We talked about everything. I will be watching Andrew and Brian today for Beth while she does some errands.

Wednesday

Not much happened today. We went to the store and I bought some Mountain Man cajun fire mix to snack on. Probably not good with all the salt but I like it anyway.

Tuesday

Beth was taking Mary to school in a mini-blizzard we had yesterday. She slid againast the curb and then got stuck right in the middle of the road by the school. The other parents couldn't get through and started yelling at her. Finally, three guys got out and helped by pushing her. She was going to come over and leave the boys to do some errands but decided to stay home and try again today.

Monday

I'm switching over to here so it is easier for everybody to read my blog. You can drop Windows live. Rex and me went to church and I had a great time. I got Becky on the new Family Search. Andrew was there with his father, Will, but he wouldn’t hug me or anything. I guess he thinks he’s too big for that now. Laura came over to borrow some money for gas. She islooking forward to the new semester next week.
